As a think tank, we examine the structures, dynamics, and cultures of collaboration that define innovation ecosystems. By analysing what drives cooperation, what limits progress, and what enables meaningful outcomes, we explore new strategies and best practices for impactful R&I management, (science) communication and knowledge valorisation in collaborative environments.

Through studies, discussions, and joint initiatives with actors from science, policy, education, business, and society, Future8 acts as a platform for reflection and co-creation. We bring together diverse perspectives to question assumptions, share lessons learned from international R&I projects, and uncover patterns that can strengthen collective innovation.

In doing so, we aim to bridge theory and practice: turning insights into strategies that help research deliver tangible benefits for people and communities.
